Checklist of Preventive Measures Covid19 for Institution:

1. Thermal screening at entry points
2. Multiple entry and exit point to prevent the overcrowding.
3. Provision of sanitizer & Disinfection spray at various entry & exit points.
4. Provision of soap and water for hand wash in laboratories and wash rooms.
5. Provision of soap to all the departments.
6. Proper ventilation for class rooms.
7. Provision of open area for conducting classes like exam hall, library lobby, & cafeteria.
8. If possible provision of rapid testing, for reasonable price.
9. Provision for quarantine.
10. Displaying of IEC materials at the important places.

Checklist of Preventive Measures Covid19 for Students:

1. Physical distancing of for at least 6 feet between persons.
2. Mandatory use of face mask.
3. Frequent hand washing with soap (for at least 20 seconds) or use of alcohol based hand sanitizer for at least 20 seconds.
4. Respiratory etiquette to be strictly followed. This involves strict practice of covering one’s mouth and nose while coughing/ sneezing with a tissue/handkerchief/ flexed elbow and disposing off used tissues properly.
5. Self-monitoring of health by all and reporting any illness at the earliest.
6. Spitting shall be strictly prohibited.
7. Installation & use of Aarogya Setu App.
8. Sharing of personal materials like (Book, Paper, Pen) not allowed.
9. Congregation of more than three people outside the class room should not be allowed.
10. Sports and other extracurricular activities are strictly banned.
